Sarah Bailey
As a Paralympic swimmer Sarah won medals at four Paralympic Games, including golds at Barcelona, Atlanta and Athens, and many more at European and World Championships. In 2005 Sarah swapped to cycling and in the 3 km pursuit at the 2005 European Paralympic Championships she set a new world record.
