Teacher Zone

Ability vs. Ability has been designed to be used interactively in the classroom. The teacher guidance here is not prescriptive but supports a direct approach to teaching that is oral, lively and interactive.

The resources here are addressed to the teacher and provide generic guidance on teaching approaches that support the delivery of the ten activities in the Learning Zone.

Each of these activities can be used with a range of subjects and learning situations. They will help pupils to understand more about the achievements of Paralympic athletes and, through the idea of Personal Best, link this to their thinking about academic, sporting and personal achievements.
